FAQ

What determines rank?

The sum of securely confirmed public bids within the selected board window.

What is the difference between Today and Daily?

Today is a rolling 24-hour view. Daily covers the current UTC calendar day. All-time includes every confirmed bid.

Can I buy a higher community score?

No. Paid rank and community score are separate by design.

What does verified mean?

A verified mark means the listing passed an applicable ownership or eligibility check. It is not an endorsement or quality guarantee.

Can I increase an existing listing’s bid?

Yes. A later confirmed payment for the same normalized destination adds to its applicable bid total.

Are payments refundable?

Paid promotion is generally final once delivered, except where required by law or when a confirmed technical error prevented delivery.
